Trending Keywords gives you an overview of search terms that are currently growing remarkably in search volume on Bol. You not only see how often a term is searched, but also how fast the volume is increasing, what the winning bid is and how the demand is divided between the Netherlands and Belgium. This helps you to act on emerging opportunities before the competition does.
At the top of the overview you choose the period and the type of ranking:

Gainers versus volume The volume filters show what’s popular right now. The gainers filters show what’s growing fast. For existing campaigns, volume is relevant: you want to bid on terms with proven demand. For discovering new opportunities, the gainers are more interesting: a term that triples in volume might be a new trend you can jump on early.
Look at Listings and Winning bid together A search term with lots of volume, few listings and a low winning bid is an attractive opportunity. There is demand, there’s little competition and getting in is cheap. A term with many listings and a high bid is more competitive and requires a stronger product strategy to advertise profitably.
Use Peak for seasonal planning The Peak column shows in which month a term historically had its highest volume. If you see that a term peaks in November, you know you need to have your campaign up and running well before that month. Combine this with the growth figures to decide whether the trend is stronger or weaker this year than before.
Watch the Ratio The ratio between the average monthly search volume and the number of listings on Bol. A high ratio means there’s a lot of demand compared to the number of products that are found on that search term. The higher the ratio, the less competition there is per search. This is one of the most valuable indicators to spot opportunities: high demand, low supply.
